Refund policy

We want you to enjoy every sip of Gullies. If something isn’t right, here’s what to do:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

  • Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we cannot accept returns for unwanted items once they’ve been dispatched, aside from merchandise. 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
